I have the honour to enclose a copy of a letter

from Lessrs Precce Cardew and unell, covering the final

draft of the proposed contract for the wireless telegraph

station at Hong Kong. The total contract price is

£4153. 10. 1 exclusive of freight. Fi.c enclosed letter

explains how the excess over the price mentioned in our

letter of the 2nd of February is inde up.

2. The contract being drawn up on 57 lines already

approved by the Secretary of State in previous corres-

pondence, we have arranged to have copies printed imediately
